Faulty GoodsThermos products are manufactured to the highest standards and meet all UK and European standards. If however you encounter a manufacturing problem and would like a replacement or refund then please either; 1.Return the item to the store where you bought it. If the item is not fit for purpose you are entitled under your statutory rights to a replacement or full refund, within a reasonable time period. 2. Return the item with the receipt to; Replacement partsAll Thermos flasks are produced globally, and it is not possible to replace parts, especially glass fillers due to their fragile nature. Some replacement stoppers are available for our recent models, and these are available through the Thermos Online Store. If you have an older model or different stopper from those shown in the store, we regret they are not available. We regret that no cups or seals are available.
