Q. Can I order Thermos products on line?
A. We do not currently operate a mail order service. However, you can purchase Thermos from the following stockists. Click here to go to the stockist page.

Q. I need a replacement glass liner for my flask. Can I buy one?
A. Unfortunately, glass liners are no longer available to purchase. Thermos products are now manufactured in the Far East which means they are at a lower price then they have ever been therefore, it is not cost effective to ship over the replacement liners which very often break in transit.

Q. Do you have other replacement stoppers apart from those shown on the Replace page of the website?
A. The only stoppers available are those shown on the website.

Q. Do these stoppers fit other flasks other than those pictured?
A. No. Each stopper can only fit one model of Thermos Flask. They are not inter-changeable.

Q. Do you have replacement cups?
A. The only spare parts available are a limited range of replacement stoppers.

Q. Can I purchase products I have seen on the Thermos US website in the UK?

A. All Thermos products available to purchase in the UK can be viewed on our website. We do have a different product range to Thermos US.

Q. I have an antique Thermos Flask. Do you have any historical information regarding this flask?
A. Unfortunately, as the Thermos distributors, we do not have information on the history of specific flasks. Thermos closed their UK offices in 2001 and the history was either lost or returned to the Head Office in Hong Kong. However, you might find the history section useful.
