Faulty Goods
Thermos products are manufactured in socially-compliant factories, where rigorous quality control systems ensure that each product either meets or
exceeds the relevant UK or European standards.
In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your Thermos product, please return the item to the retailer where you purchased it,
with proof of purchase, where under your statutory rights, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, within a reasonable time period.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
In addition, on certain Thermos brand products, Thermos offers an extended guarantee that for up to 5 years from the date of purchase, they will
be free from defects in material and workmanship. Details of whether your Thermos product is covered by an extended warranty are contained in
the instruction sheet supplied with your Thermos product.

Please note that we do not accept any costs in relation to product returned to us under this warranty.
Once we have received the product, we will, at our option, repair or replace the faulty product with the same or an equivalent product.
This manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to and in no way infringes your statutory consumer rights.
Replacement Parts
However, we do offer a wide range of other replacement parts and stoppers which are available for purchase exclusively online at the Thermos
Online Store. If the part you require is not shown in the store, we regret that they are not
available. Please note that no replacement liners for glass flasks are available for sale, because of their fragile nature.
